No-Show & Non-Refundable Payment Policy

At Everlasting Studios, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for every client. In order to respect the time and commitment of both our team and our clients, we have implemented the following policies:

No-Show Policy 

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid this fee. Consistent no-shows may result in the requirement of full pre-payment for future appointments.

Non-Refundable Payments 

All deposits and payments for services and permanent jewelry are non-refundable. These payments secure your appointment and allow us to prepare the necessary time and resources for your visit. If you need to reschedule, please notify us within the required time frame, and your deposit may be applied to a future service.
